INC Rating Ltd. have been registered by ESMA in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1060/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 September 2009 on credit rating agencies (the Credit Rating Agencies Regulation).

INC Rating  Ltd. is a subsidiary of INC S.A. and  will assigns credit ratings for local government units. INC Rating Ltd. is a third credit rating agency (CRA) with its headquarters in Poland.

Registration of INC Rating as a CRA is important for the long-term development strategy of the INC Group.
